Prospective Students 
Forest Lake Distance Learning Academy forms a partnership between school sites, school boards, churches, conferences and unions. Schools must have their local church, Conference and Union approval to participate with Forest Lake Distance Learning Academy. If you are interested in obtaining authorization and forms for your site to participate in FLDLA, please contact the main number at 407-772-3789 or info@ae21.org .
Due to current technology requirements, home-school sites are limited. If the home school site slots are filled, ask around in your local community to see if there are others interested in FLDLA so you can form a campus. Due to the extensive authorization required, sites should begin this process as soon as possible. Final deadlines are generally July 1.
